WATER FAULTS
Water FAULT FINDING
Fault Cause Remedy
Water flows Check and re-route if necessary
from hot Cold water pipe kinked
tap but has preventing flow Disconnect pipes after 1st Y connector and
reduced flow check up to tap
from cold Blockage in cold pipe line Refer to installation instructions
Disconnect and inspect
Reduced flow Cold tap not connected Replace cartridge
from both hot
and cold taps Cold tap failed or blocked Check battery state of charge,
refer to electrical supply note
Reduced flow If a water filter is fitted, the
from either tap cartridge is exhausted Disconnect and check that they have at least
1/4” (6.3mm) bore
If pump motor Battery condition low Refer to pump servicing instructions
runs steadily causing pump to Dismantle and clean if necessary
and will not run slowly
stop Check and re-route if necessary
If new taps have been fitted
they may be restricting flow Check all water connections
Refer to installation instructions
Pump needs servicing
Check and re-route if necessary
Partially blocked pump filter Use taps of equal bore size
or in-line filter, if fitted Check that there is water in the container
Adjust switch and/or re-charge battery
Pump outlet pipe kinked Check all connections in pipework
