    Collected our new van today and couldn’t be happier!
    When we went to view our new van originally there were quite a few things we wanted sorting and Lee made a lot of promises that at the time we were slightly dubious of!
    Today, on collection day we had no need to have been, everything was as done without chasing and our new caravan was perfectly turned out.
    We can’t fault any of the staff from Lee at the point of sale to Claire and all the lads at handover.
    We were given plenty of time to check we were happy with everything and time to swap over a few things.

    I would highly recommend visiting Glossop caravans and awnings as they have a huge display of awnings available a very big shop and lots of caravans on display which are all unlocked and ready to step in to view. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

Sales team were very helpful but not pushy, dozens and dozens of caravans to view, really helped us narrow down our choice.     Fantastic service when buying a replacement caravan, the TCS did not work when we picked it up, we were told it was a car electrics problem, took it to an auto electrician who said there was no fault with the car, the auto electrician rang Glossop caravans technician who told him the caravans are wired slightly differently to what he thought, he rewired the tow bar electrics, all sorted, thank you Glossop caravans for the valuable technical advice
