Motorhome Sales Executive Full-Time / Permanent
Glossop Caravans is one of the UK’s largest and most established dealerships, offering a wide range of new and used motorhomes. We\’re currently seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Motorhome Sales Executive to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for motorhomes and a strong sales background to play a key role in helping customers turn their travel dreams into reality.
Whether customers are new to motorhoming or seasoned explorers, you’ll guide them through every step of the journey from first visit to final handover.

Your Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and guide them through the full sales process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable motorhome models, specifications, and finance options
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations, ensuring customers are confident and well-informed
- Manage and follow up leads via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate sales records using our CRM computer system
- Support the set-up and delivery of promotions, shows, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure a high level of customer service from initial contact through to after sales support
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally in motorhomes, caravans, automotive, or similar sectors
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
- A passion for motorhomes and a genuine interest in the leisure lifestyle
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven, with good organisational skills
- Basic IT skills and confidence in using CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence is essential
