Went to purchase our 1st caravan, and honestly the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. The guy who sits in the little hut area just before you go upto the carpark is so welcoming. Gabid the sales man was not pushy in anyway he was very helpful for any question we had regarding the caravans we narrowed it down to. We purchased without hesitation, went today (10th april) for dispatch, David talked us through the caravan and how it worked and answerd any queries we had, and Clare in dispatch was amazing, so warm and welcoming. We also purchased an awning today before we left and they guys in the awning department again a helping hand when needed without hestiation. The communication from start to finish was fantastic. We are so pleased we made the hours journey to look at glosssop caravans. Thank you so much to you all, we cannot wait for our caravan to be deliverd and start making memories. Thank you again.

Bought and collected our caravan today! Had the pleasure of dealing with Claire who was hilarious charming and an all round gorgeous human! She knows her onions which made everything smooth and faultless! She handed us over to Dave who showed us the ins and outs of the van! Lovely lad knows his stuff very knowledgeable! Then awning lads all lovely and efficient! Big shout out to “ginge” (sorry dont know his name) who went and collected our awning for us put it in the van and stacked it safely for me lovely young man 😊 all the staff are gorgeous and a credit to your business not forgetting the lovely lady in the shop! We managed to get home without ending up upside down in a ditch so an all round good day 🥰

We went to have a look at a cheap caravan, but just to get a feel not to purchase. We were not pushed or badgered by any staff even after showing our interest. Even sat in owners office. 5 star customer service based on our trip

What a wonderful company to purchase a caravan from. Beginning from the start to finish they couldn’t of done enough for us. The lovely George who on our day of collecting the caravan showed us how to work everything. He was patient and considerate, ensuring we knew how to use everything in and around the caravan. The caravan was spotless and the staff really friendly around the site. I can highly recommend this caravan company and we will look forward to taking our caravan back for the annual service and for future caravan purchases.

Spoilt for choice, plenty of parking, friendly staff, with even public toilets and a place to get a tea or coffee.

Popped in looking for awnings. Had a look rd the vehicles too. The staff were so helpful and full of knowledge. Making sure we didn’t want for anything. Would definitely recommend coming here

Collected our new van today and couldn’t be happier!
When we went to view our new van originally there were quite a few things we wanted sorting and Lee made a lot of promises that at the time we were slightly dubious of!
Today, on collection day we had no need to have been, everything was as done without chasing and our new caravan was perfectly turned out.
We can’t fault any of the staff from Lee at the point of sale to Claire and all the lads at handover.
We were given plenty of time to check we were happy with everything and time to swap over a few things.
